Customized automation –
perfectly tailored to your company
We deliver customized automation solutions that are closely aligned with the real demands of modern industrial production. With many years of experience in the automotive industry, our PLC experts design reliable, scalable and future ready systems that integrate smoothly into complex production environments.
Our team works with a wide range of control platforms and visualization systems, including Siemens (S7, TIA Portal and WinCC), Rockwell (PLC5, ControlLogix, GuardLogix, RSView and FactoryTalk View), as well as Zenon, Pilz Safety PLCs and Visual Studio with OPC interfaces. This broad technological expertise allows us to choose the most suitable solution for each application, independent of manufacturers and fully aligned with your internal standards.
Beyond PLC programming, we integrate industrial communication networks, safety concepts, drive systems, barcode and RFID readers, inspection and checking systems, and data processing solutions. By combining these technologies in a meaningful way, we create intelligent automation systems that ensure stable processes, high availability and transparent data flows throughout the production line.
Customized automation designed around your production
Every production system is unique. That is why we focus on tailored automation solutions rather than standard approaches. We begin with a detailed analysis of your existing production landscape to identify inefficiencies, potential risks and opportunities for automation. Based on this understanding, we develop an automation concept that fits your technical framework, operational requirements and long term production objectives.
By carefully integrating existing equipment with proven and modern technologies, we ensure smooth transitions between current and new systems. The result is higher productivity, optimized processes and a measurable improvement in overall equipment effectiveness, while maximizing your return on investment.
From concept development and implementation to commissioning and ongoing support, our automation services provide a strong foundation for efficient, flexible and future ready production.
Robotic Solutions
More efficiency through smart automation
We deliver advanced robotics solutions built on more than 20 years of hands-on programming experience across leading robot platforms. Our experts work with a wide range of robot controllers, including KUKA (KRC1, KRC2, KRC4, KRC5), ABB (S4, IRC5, OmniCore), FANUC (RJ1, RJ2, RJ3), and Universal Robots.
Our application expertise covers the full spectrum of modern industrial robotics, from product handling and palletizing to punching, sealing, clinching, stud welding, MIG/MAG welding, resistance welding, laser welding and laser cutting, as well as vision-based systems. For each of these applications, we develop robust programming standards or seamlessly integrate newly developed standards into existing production systems.
Simulation, Offline Programming and Process Optimization
Simulation and offline programming are core elements of our robotics services. Depending on the robot brand and project requirements, we work with industry-leading simulation tools such as Tecnomatix Process Simulate, ABB RobotStudio, and FANUC RoboGuide.
Using these tools, we create accurate digital representations of complete production processes. This allows us to perform reachability studies, process planning, collision checks, and cycle time analysis for the most common robot brands and applications, long before hardware is installed on the shopfloor.
By simulating entire production lines in advance, cycle times can be validated and optimized early in the project, reducing commissioning time, minimizing risks, and ensuring predictable project outcomes.
Since 2023, we have also been working with Realtime Robotics to further enhance path planning and cycle time optimization, unlocking additional efficiency potential in complex robotic cells.
Smart Robotics for Efficient Production
In an increasingly dynamic and competitive industrial environment, smart automation is a key success factor. Robotic systems enable optimized production processes, efficient use of resources, and significant productivity gains, while ensuring consistent quality and high flexibility.
At the same time, automation helps address the growing shortage of skilled workers by taking over repetitive and physically demanding tasks. This allows qualified personnel to focus on higher-value activities, improving both operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
From simulation and programming to optimization and standardization, our robotics services provide a reliable foundation for efficient, scalable, and future-ready production.
Consulting
Clear strategies for efficient and future ready production
Successful automation and robotics projects start with the right strategy. Our consulting services help you make well founded and future ready decisions in automation and robotics long before implementation begins.
With deep industry knowledge and many years of hands on experience in automotive and industrial production, we support you in defining system architectures, selecting the right technologies, establishing programming standards, developing simulation concepts and optimizing production processes. Our consultants combine strong technical expertise with a clear understanding of day to day production realities, ensuring that every concept is not only innovative but also practical and scalable.
From strategy to implementation ready concepts
We take a close look at your existing production environment, processes and technical standards to identify optimization potential and automation opportunities. Based on this analysis, we develop customized automation and robotics roadmaps that are aligned with your operational goals, quality requirements and investment plans.
Our consulting services cover the entire lifecycle, from early concept development and feasibility studies to simulation based validation, cycle time analysis and standardization strategies. Whether you are planning a new production line, improving existing systems or aligning robot and PLC standards across multiple plants, we provide clear recommendations and measurable results.
Independent, practical and future oriented
As a technology independent partner, we advise across all major PLC and robot platforms. Our focus is always on sustainable solutions that increase efficiency, flexibility and system availability while reducing risks during implementation and commissioning.

Training
Hands on expertise for modern production systems
Well-trained employees are the foundation of successful automation and robotics projects. Our PLC and robotics training programs are designed to build practical skills, deepen technical understanding, and enable your teams to confidently operate, program, and optimize modern production systems.
We go beyond basic system operation. Our trainings focus on PLC programming, robotic programming, simulation, offline programming (OLP), and process understanding—providing participants with the knowledge required to work efficiently in real industrial environments.
Practical, Flexible, and Application-Oriented
Our training concepts combine theory with hands-on exercises based on real production scenarios. Participants work directly with PLC systems, robot controllers, and industry-standard simulation tools to gain practical experience that can be applied immediately in daily operations.
In addition to classic training formats, we also offer virtual training concepts using RF::EDDI from EKS. This enables participants to experience realistic robot and automation scenarios in a virtual environment. Training content can be demonstrated interactively and then reinforced through guided self-study, allowing learners to deepen their knowledge at their own pace and repeat exercises independently.
Trainings can be delivered online, at your premises, at our offices, or in a fully equipped, state-of-the-art training cell at FFT Fulda, Germany. Virtual and on-site formats can be combined to create blended learning concepts tailored to your organization.
From Basics to Advanced Expertise
Our training portfolio covers everything from introductory courses to advanced, application-specific programs for experienced engineers and technicians. Whether your goal is to build internal expertise, standardize programming approaches, or qualify employees for new automation technologies, our trainings support your long-term success.
By combining classroom training, virtual environments, and self-study concepts, we create flexible and sustainable learning experiences that strengthen your teams and support efficient, future-ready production.
