We have over 20 years experience in robot programming for applications such as Product handling, sealing, palletisation, punching, stud welding, mig & mag welding, resistance welding, laser welding, laser cutting,clinching, camera systems, … For all these usecases,we develop or integrate standards into existing systems.

Our PLC Team has several years of expierence in the automotive industry using various controls and visualization tools. During our projects we work with different bus systems, safety devices, barcode and RFID readers, checking systems, drives, data handling systems, …

We use Tecnomatix Process Simulate for simulation and offline programming, including range studies and process planning. This allows us to simulate the entire production process and measure the cycle time before the actual assembly. Since 2023 we are also working with RealTime Robotics.
